Things to do and places to go in Luxembourg
Luxembourg City, Luxembourg's capital, is a beautiful and cultured place. As well as the Palace of the Grand Dukes (Palais Grand-Ducal)
and Notre Dame cathederal, tourists can visit the National Museum of Art and History as well as
the Church of St. John the Baptist. For anyone who likes caves there is the Petrusse Casemates,
with great views and a spectacular maze of tunnels.
Luxembourg has a good selection of bars, cafes and clubs. Popular bars and cafes include Scott's Pub,
an instutution in Luxembourg for 15 years, and frequented by all nationalities. Other popular venues include
the Irish bar, Art Scene, and The Caf, styled around Vienna's Caf. Recommended nighclubs include The Tube
(modelled on the London Underground) and the VIP room.
